Monday morning has arrived and like good, little, Travel Supreme owners here for service, we were up bright and early (5:29AM) and ready for the process of having our home taken in for work at 7:00 AM. However, this morning the Travel Supreme crew was late and we were actually 15 minutes early so finally at 7:15, Rick drove the Moho over to the service yard and I followed in the car.
Today Chris and Fred headed back to Ontario and we were following them to the furniture outlet to help them load their new dining room suite. They wanted to be all packed up and get on the road by 9:00 and so the tardiness of the Travel Supreme crew couldn’t have been at a worse time. By the time we were actually able to speak to a technician and have our Moho taken into the service bay; it was after 8:00. (You just know tomorrow they will be early!)
Finally by 9:45, we said our goodbyes to the Shaw’s as they headed northeast and we headed back to Wakarusa. We spent most of our day enjoying the warm weather outside of the owner’s lounge meeting and chatting with other folks here for service. We know that body work can be unpredictable and ours has become a little more extensive than Travel Supreme (or we) anticipated. Our three-day prep job will now probably take eight days to complete and today’s scheduled paint shop visit will be delayed until next week. Every afternoon when our Moho is brought out to us, it looks worse than the day before (but really it’s better or so I am told) and this is how it’s looking now.
