We Are in Dallas PDF Print E-mail

We left the Canton I-20 RV Park this morning by 9:00 even though we only had a couple of hours to Dallas. We had an appointment at Buddy Gregg Motor Homes, a well known RV dealer and service center. One of our inverters had been giving us some trouble for the past few weeks and we wanted to have it serviced. Rick had done a couple of tests and resets but the problem still persisted so it was time to have an authorized dealer take a look at it. We arrived there by 10:45 and Mike Doty; the service advisor was friendly and courteous, asking lots of questions to enable his technicians to easily pinpoint the problem and fix it right away.

We went out to run errands while the service was being done and had lunch at nearby Tia's Tex Mex Eatery  for lunch, a great food chain here in Texas. The manager, Mike and our waiter Kenny were so friendly and our meal was extremely reasonable. We've been to Dallas twice before; in 1995 and again in 2002 and the reason we keep coming back is because everyone makes us feel so welcome.

We went back to Buddy Gregg and the inverter was repaired along with another small problem and all under warranty. This dealer isn't even a Travel Supreme dealer yet they treated us the same as they would have if we were one of their customers. We were very impressed with their hospitality and kindness and confidently recommend them to anyone looking for good service.
