We had to go to the Travel Supreme factory in Wakarusa, Indiana to get a dishwasher installed and the floor redone. We ordered the motor home with a dishwasher and a full marble floor and somehow they "forgot" to install both. Wakarusa is in the heart of "RV Land" and also in Amish country. We arrived at the factory late at night and parked in the front parking lot. RV manufacturers have electricity and water hook-ups on site in order to facilitate people who have warranty or repair work.

The next morning we met a dozen or more other owners having work done on their rigs. Most of them were "fulltimers". As we were there for almost a week we did some sight seeing during the day and socialized with the other owners at night. They shared all kinds of helpful information with us that would prepare us for our new life and we made some friends that we hope to meet again along our way.

Not only was the marble floor beautiful but it was more practical and way easier to keep clean as opposed to the carpet. At the risk of sounding "spoiled", I have had a dishwasher since I was 19 and didn't want to spend the next five to ten years doing dishes by hand. It is so nice just putting the dishes in the "Dishdrawer" after each meal and getting on with more enjoyable things. Our "house" was complete and ready for us to move into.
